When I look at other photographer’s photos of men’s race, the biggest difference is normally the size of the crowd – at women’s races, there are only a handful races that deliver large crowds. Therefore, it was an absolute treat to shoot today’s La Course race on the packed streets of Marseille, with the lovely harbour in the background. I’m not so sure about the format, but let’s discuss this another time.
It’s time for us to go home, but we don’t slow down: next up is the Ride Classique in London in a week’s time.
Also, as you might have noticed, we have hit our target on Kickstarter, so it is definitely going to happen, but if you haven’t had the chance, you still have a few hours to get your copy secured!
You can find out more here.
As you’ve made it this far you’ll definitely enjoy our women’s cycling photo book, but we need your help to make it happen. You can find out more and support the book on Kickstarter. We have a bunch of cool rewards including a copy of the book with your name in, a book and a wall calendar or even a photo shoot with us. But don’t wait too long, if we don’t hit the target by 22nd July then the book won’t happen.
