The Healthy Ageing Tour ended with lots of laps around the centre of Groningen. Which meant lots of speed walking from one spot to the next. 15km in total if you count the recon lap I did a few hours before the race. It’s days like that where I think I really should get a Brompton to keep in the boot of the car for these type of stages.
