Tour of Guangxi 2018

So that’s it, the 2018 season is officially over! I know people give races in China a hard time but the criticism is quite unfair. As far as race safety goes they’re in a different league to any other race on the calendar, they offer great prize money and good hotel facilities for the teams too. My only complaint is having a joint podium with the mens race sucks: You finish the race, soaking wet. Go back to the hotel for a couple of hours, start working on photos having to keep an eye on how far the men’s race has to go, then have to go out in the pouring rain again for an hour just to take the podium photos. It’s really inconvenient for teams and photographers alike!
